The production of Vinsanto in Tuscany, and in Chianti Classico, dates back at least to medieval times. According to the dictates of tradition and a strict specification, Vinsanto Tenute Marchese Antinori is produced with selected Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes that are dried naturally, a method that requires time and patience, and that gives life to an intense and very pleasant wine for its richness of aromas and its softness on the palate.
