while retaining perfectly balanced acidity and exceptional quality.
The grapes for the Mumm Napa Prestige Cuvée were harvested during the cool, crisp mornings of Napa, ensuring optimal conditions to preserve the delicate aromas and flavours. After gentle pressing, the juice underwent cool
fermentation in stainless steel tanks to maintain vibrant fruit character. The base wines were then meticulously blended to create a harmonious cuvée constructed of 49% Pinot Noir, 46% Chardonnay, 4% Pinot Gris and 1% Pinot
Meunier. Secondary fermentation occurred in the bottle using méthode traditionnelle, producing fine bubbles and complex flavours through extended aging on the lees for an average of 24 months. Following time in tirage, a carefully calibrated dosage was added to achieve perfect balance before the wine was allowed additional time to integrate.
