Crafted from a harmonious blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes sourced from our vineyards boasting a minimum age of 7 years, our Chianti Classico embodies a unique expression of time-honored tradition.
Thriving on soils abundant in clay and limestone, these vines flourish at an elevation of approximately 350 meters above sea level. In August, meticulous bunch thinning sets the stage for a meticulous winemaking process, with fermentation in contact with the skins spanning 15–20 days. The subsequent refinement unfolds over 6 months in both barrique and cask, followed by an additional 4 months of aging in the bottle.
These exquisite wines, shrouded in a veil of limited information, invite connoisseurs to explore the mysterious depths of their character and craftsmanship.

Ideal wine for Tuscan cuisine, it can also accompany red meats and stews, tasty mushroom-based timbales.
Intensely ruby red, exuding ripe cherry and raspberry aromas, complemented by delicate plum notes and hints of Mediterranean herbs, laurel, and cinchona.
Delicate on entry, this wine unfolds with density and body, supported by soft yet firm tannins, delivering an excellent finish. Its refreshing acidity makes it apt for aging.
