This exquisite wine is the result of unparalleled dedication. It undergoes both primary and malolactic (100%) fermentation in the finest Louis Latour 3-year-seasoned 228-liter barriques, featuring a composition of 15% new, 30% second use, 30% third use, and 25% François Frère 3rd use and older barrels. It matures for a luxurious 11 months in barrel before reaching the bottle.
