A brilliant pale greenish-yellow colour. The very expressive nose has white flower scents along with butter and crème brûlée vanilla notes. The flavour is bold and generous, with a luxurious silky mouthfeel.

Bottle 2: River Estate Reserve Chardonnay 2020 - Wrattonbully, South Australia
A Burgundian-style premium Chardonnay with peach and yellow fruit. Barrel fermented in 20% Louis Latour barriques.

Bottle 3: William Fevre Chablis 2019 - Chablis, France
From 50-year-old vines, with a yield of 46 hl/ha in 2019. Pale lime green. The Domaine version of William Fèvre Chablis offers a classical nose, leaner than, some, yet with intensity on the palate., some of the iodine characters are present, but strong fresh citrus fruit too. Exceptional length. Lemongrass acidity.
