Winemaker and viticulturist Jodie Armstrong worked in the wine industry for more than 20 years. She sources grapes from the vineyards that she manages, her in-depth knowledge of these vineyards allowing her to grow and select premium fruit. She makes the wines in friends’ wineries ‘where collaboration is a source of inspiration.
Sew & Sew was established by a group of wine-loving friends with a shared passion for quality wines and good company. At Sew & Sew they believe beauty is in the detail and appreciate the patterns of the growing process in the vineyard – the sun, water, soil, and the vines themselves, creating different rhythms throughout the year.
Seafood, crab linguine, chicken dishes
From the Kuitpo sub-region of the Adelaide Hills; this barrel-fermented Chardonnay presents a bouquet of dandelion, white peach, and honeydew.
The palate unravels layers of lemon curd and yellow peach skins. Finished with a fresh balance of acid and fine tannins to add length and complexity.
