The terroir of this Grand Cru offers ideal climatic conditions and chalky soil which accentuate the mineral, delicate taste of Chardonnay. For RSRV Blanc de Blancs a relatively low pressure of 4.5 bars (compared with 6 in general for other champagnes) enables the wine to fully express its minerality and subtle sparkle.
Light green-yellow, silver reflections, fine, rather delicate mousseux. Delicate nuances of honeydew melon, some mango, fine herbal spices, some biscuit, a hint of nougat. Juicy, white peach, lively acidity, fruity sweetness of pineapple, a hint of salt on the finish, versatile, honey in the aftertaste.
