Christos Zafeirakis is a champion of the variety Limniona. Limniona is a rare indigenous Greek red variety that is most often found in Thessaly but, thanks to great work by Christos, has increasing prominence across Greece. It’s a red grape suited to both red and rose.

All the Zafeirakis vineyards are certified organic, and the fruit quality is excellent. Christos prides himself on chasing freshness and subtlety over richness and power, and we certainly see that here, deliciously fresh with pretty berries and cranberry crunch.
