Christian Moreau Chablis Vaillons Cuvée Guy Moreau 1er Cru 2012

Here the nose is quite similar to that of the regular Vaillons save for it being ever-so-slightly riper with wood and oak hints. There is better volume and excellent concentration to the delicious and intense flavours that are quite dry with a firm acid spine on the quinine-infused finish. This ultra-pure effort is lovely and I very much like the persistence.
