Christian Moreau Chablis Vaillons Cuvée Guy Moreau 1er Cru 2014

Here the softly wooded nose is quite similar to the regular cuvée but with slightly better ripeness and fruit density. As is usually the case there is better mid-palate density thanks to the abundance of dry extract that also serves to buffer the moderately firm, saline and lingering finale. This is excellent and should develop well over the medium term.
