Mas Doix Les Crestes 2017

The men and women of Mas Doix have been caring for and gently accompanying the Grenache and Carignan vines planted in the slate of these “llicorella” hills since 1902.

Wines that seek to reflect the microclimate of Poboleda, our “llicorella” slate hills and the vines that grow on them. We start with the premise that wine is made among the vines. Our elaboration is carried out with the minimum intervention so that the wines express the terroir from whence they have come.

They preserve the fruitiness, freshness, minerality and salinity of the “llicorella” slate, the concentration and expression of each variety are key concepts when elaborating on each wine at the winery. Cherry. Fruity expression. Red fruits, flowers and spices. A tasty, fruity
