Crafted from the finest harvest of the Côte d’Or, predominantly gathered from the elevated expanse above Pommard, this wine embodies a tale of opulence and elegance.
Its visage, a golden yellow with a beguiling greenish glimmer, promises an experience brimming with vitality. A symphony of aromas unfolds - a dance of white-fleshed fruits, juicy peach, and luscious pear, harmoniously composing the olfactory prelude.
Yet, it is upon the palate that this wine unveils its true essence, an orchestra of flavors that celebrate its fruity origins while embodying an understated grace. The texture, akin to an artist's brushstroke, paints an elegant tapestry that envelops the senses.
The journey from vine to bottle is a testament to sustainability, with every step meticulously executed. Handpicked over the course of several days, each parcel is chosen with the precision of ripeness, while vigilant vineyard sorting ensures the purest selection. Within the stainless steel embrace, fermentation unfolds over a patient 15 days. Subsequently, the wine matures for 12 months in oak, a portion of which (10%) emerges anew, bestowing depth and character. Notably, its unfiltered nature preserves an unadulterated connection to the terroir, a testament to its authentic identity.
