Well, surely this is a Langhe Neb for Pinot drinkers. It’s bright and red fruited, perfumed with aniseed and sweet new leather almost comes over a bit like that stuff you pop in your hand using a small spoon when you pay the bill at an Indian restaurant, to freshen your breath, after the inevitable over-indulgence. Did we really need those extra garlic naans to mop up the sauce? Anyway, medium-bodied, at most, crisp and crunchy, light in chalky tannin, frisky in freshness, with a succulent and pretty red fruited finish of fine length. Lovely drink here.
