The Barolo Rocche di Castiglione by Ceretto is born from grapes sourced from renowned vineyards in the municipalities of La Morra, Barolo, and Serralunga, in the province of Cuneo.
Crafted entirely from Nebbiolo grapes, the wine undergoes controlled-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Following malolactic fermentation, it matures for 24 months in oak barrels before being bottled.
This Barolo Rocche di Castiglione boasts a brilliant red color with garnet undertones. The aromatic bouquet unfolds with wild rose, pomegranate, tamarind, and hints of blood orange. On the palate, it presents a vertical and austere character.
Ideal when paired with structured dishes such as roasted pheasant with crispy potatoes, the Barolo Rocche di Castiglione exemplifies the artistry of Ceretto's winemaking, capturing the essence of the terroir in every sip.
