Description

The complexity of oak ageing serves this great Champagne wine. Remarkable blend of the best Premiers and Grands Crus of Champagne.

75% Chardonnay from the Premiers Grands and Crus villages of the Côte des Blancs: freshness of Vertus, tenderness of Oger, richness of Avize and elegance of Chouilly. Those outstanding wines are vinifi ed in oak barrels allowing their aromas of brioche to develop fully.

20% Pinot Noir contributes richness and power through Premiers Crus such as Mareuilsur-Aÿ, Hautvillers, Tauxières, and iconic Grands Crus such as Louvois, Ambonnay, and Aÿ.

Palate
Frank and fresh with a creamy and melted effervescence. Pulpy and coated fruity matter sustained by an acidity reminding those of lemon. The finish reveals concentrated and savoury matter, raised by liquorice and toasted bread aromas. Dosage 8 grams of sugar per litre.
