Description

A vibrant, slightly pinkish Pinot sparkling from the Adelaide Hills.

The voice of the people here, a single release of a gently pink method traditional blanc de noir style sparkling wine, from the Adelaide Hills.

Such a real gentle touch with this wine, they allow the free-run juice to do its own thing on light lees, letting texture and mouthfeel develop slowly and naturally over time before the secondary ferment.

Inspired by the Japanese literary masterpiece of the same name, In Praise of Shadows is, for want of a better term, a philosophical wine passion project from Brett Trewartha and winemaker Rob Mack.

Their range is sourced from established vineyards around McLaren Vale, many of which are certified organic and bioydnamic.

The philosophical aspect is centred around simplicity and natural energy - the wines are lo-fi, vegan-friendly, unfined, unfiltered, and are a true reflection of the natural environment in which they were the born.
