Nose

Aromas of fresh rye sourdough, wild raspberries, blood orange and river stones.

Palate

The palate is powerful with a delicate yet persistent bead, defined by red fruits and broad sheets of mouthwatering, mineral-like acidity. A rich, beautifully balanced blanc de noir with a long life ahead of it.
