A vibrant and elegant Blanc de Noirs Champagne, from some serious Premier Cru vines.
100 % Pinot noir mainly 2016 vintage, with 32% reserve wines from 2013 et 2015. 52% vinified in oak barrels, with a minimum bottle ageing of 36 months on lees and 4 months after disgorgement.
A rich and toasty champagne that’s rippling with aromas of red and black berries. Serious concentration and length, the balance spot on for this sometimes challenging category. Huge finish that’s very sensual, in spite of being almost bone dry! A cuvée based on the 2017 vintage and 30% of reserve wines, disgorged on October 12th, 2021. Sustainable. Drink or hold.
