Bouchard Père & Fils Meursault Perrières 1er Cru 2016
Here there is no reductive funk with its elegant, airy and cool aromas of citrus peel, acacia, spice and a whiff of Granny Smith apples. The middleweight and focused flavours are stony to the point of imparting the sense of rolling a small pebble around in the mouth, all wrapped in the linear, energetic and very dry but not austere finale. This definitely needs time to flesh out and unwind as it's very tight at present.
