Vincent Caille Muscadet Mouton Noir 2019

Fragrant, lime juice and kaffir lime leaf scents, sea spray, green apple, ultra-refreshing to sniff on. A bit more puppy fat and flubber to taste, but underlying a rippling sluice of saline minerality and very limey acidity making things bright; smoky-struck flint minerality to finish. Indeed, a more textural experience and is great for it. Muscadet with character.
