Description

Babo wines, crafted by the skilled hands of Australian vintner Justin Bubb, epitomize the pursuit of excellence by harnessing the finest fruit to create wines that embody elegance and purity. Emphasizing vibrancy of fruit, nuanced texture, and a harmonious complexity, Bubb, an honorary Italian with six years of winemaking experience in Italy, brings a distinctive touch to his creations.

For the Babo Prosecco, the grapes are carefully selected from a youthful vineyard on the outskirts of Pordenone in the province of Friuli. The nose unveils captivating aromas of peaches, complemented by a delectable core of melon and citrus fruits, interwoven with a subtle yeasty complexity. The wine culminates in a refreshingly crisp and clean finish, striking a perfect balance without veering into an overly dry profile.
