This wine presents a refined bouquet that culminates in a harmonious interplay of impeccably balanced acidity and mineral nuances—a true delight for the discerning palate. Our meticulous selection of grapes originates from esteemed vineyards nestled within the Bardolino and Valpolicella regions, where the volcanic soils at elevations ranging from 40 to 120 meters above sea level impart distinctive character to the fruit.

The winemaking process involves a gentle pressing of the grapes, followed by a brief maceration period with skin contact and fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, the wine matures gracefully on light lees for a minimum of five months. This exquisite blend showcases the finest qualities of Garganega and Trebbiano grapes, a testament to our commitment to crafting wines of exceptional quality and elegance.
