Dolcetto d’Alba "Rossana" by Ceretto originates from a true Cru within the Alba Estate, representing a beautiful expression of this historic red-berry Piedmontese grape. The prestigious soils of the Langhe contribute to the wine's particular elegance, expressed through a bouquet with floral scents, cherry aromas, small wild berries, and delicate spicy nuances. On the palate, it maintains a pleasant and youthful vinous character, coupled with a rich fruity fragrance, making it a particularly appreciated and versatile companion for various gastronomic pairings.

The "Rossana" wine from the historic Ceretto cellar is a Dolcetto d’Alba crafted solely from grapes grown in a splendid plot located right at the gates of Alba, named "Rossana." This parcel has long been recognized for the quality of its grapes and is valued by Ceretto as a precious Cru of the region. To fully capture the aromatic richness and expressive maturity of the grapes in the glass, a vinification process solely in steel was chosen, enhancing the Dolcetto's varietal characteristics without interference. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, with a relatively short maceration on the skins to avoid extracting excessive tannins. The wine then rests in steel for several months before being bottled.
