The nose is fruity, racy, and elegant and reveals a fine concentration and a relatively powerful and precise grain. There are notes of quince, dried zest and a hint of racy minerality and gunflint combined with hints of apple, dried kumquat as well as discreet varietal hints, iodine and a subtle almost acacia touch.
On the palate this wine expresses notes of crisp green apple, crisp nectarine and more lightly dried lemon zest combined with hints of varietal/white flowers as well as fine quince, a discreet hint of apricot, spice, a subtle hint of racy, iodine minerality and very discreet hints of toast and butter. Good length.
