This exquisite terroir stands out as the epitome of flamboyance among Pinson's Chablis 1ers Crus. Its captivating aromatics intertwine fresh spices with the indulgent essence of crème anglaise and vanilla ice cream. Abundantly generous, the palate delights with a luxurious richness, while a refreshing lift of lemon sherbet gracefully concludes each sip, cleansing and revitalizing the palate with perfection.
This one is not put in oak. As a result, very reductive. Also in fact a touch more yellow in the colour, still with a lick of green. Starts well but then becomes a little fleshy at the back and loses some of its grip. Shows a little warmth. Drink from 2026-2033.
Smoky and firm reduction is enough to overshadow the underlying fruit at present. Otherwise, the rich, generous and caressing medium-bodied flavors possess good volume while delivering fine length on the dry and quite powerful if slightly rustic finale. Drink 2029+
