This one is not put in oak. As a result, very reductive. Also in fact a touch more yellow in the colour, still with a lick of green. Starts well but then becomes a little fleshy at the back and loses some of its grip. Shows a little warmth. Drink from 2026-2033.

Smoky and firm reduction is enough to overshadow the underlying fruit at present. Otherwise, the rich, generous and caressing medium-bodied flavors possess good volume while delivering fine length on the dry and quite powerful if slightly rustic finale. Drink 2029+

Tasting Profile

Nose
On the nose, there's an evident smokiness intertwined with a firm reduction, overshadowing the subtler fruit notes for the moment. Despite this, there's richness and generosity waiting to be discovered. These traits translate onto the palate, where medium-bodied flavors offer a caressing texture and ample volume. The finish, while dry and robust, carries a hint of rustic charm, providing satisfying length.
Palate
The palate reveals a smoky and firmly structured reduction that currently dominates over the underlying fruit. Nevertheless, there's richness and generosity present, with caressing medium-bodied flavors that exhibit good volume. The finish, though dry and quite powerful, leans slightly towards rusticity, offering fine length.
