Crafted from vines aged 30 years and more, basking in the gentle embrace of Eastern aspects, this Chablis emerges from a vineyard nestled between the esteemed 1er Cru Vaillons and 1er Cru Fôrets on the left bank of the Serein River. Known as 'Boucheron,' this lieu-dit boasts classic Kimmeridgian limestone soils, imparting a distinctive terroir to the wine. Meticulously crafted using 100% stainless steel, this Chablis encapsulates the essence of Domaine Pinson's dedication to quality winemaking and the expression of their unique terroir.
