Embodied in this Pinot Noir is a delightful balance of softness and juiciness, accompanied by an irresistible charm and depth of complexity. Crafted from the region's oldest Pinot Noir vines, meticulously tended and certified organic, this wine hails from a cherished family friend's site located 15km south of the esteemed Isolation Ridge Vineyard. Each sip tells a story of heritage, dedication, and the unique terroir of the vineyard, promising an experience of unparalleled depth and flavoir.
Cherries – black and red, earthy and nutty, a little dark spice and thyme. It’s savoury, spicy and nutty, with gentle grip to tannin, a subtle sappy freshness, even some strawberry, and a finish of good length. Has character, and I like it.
