Description

Derived from select vineyards nestled within the Russian River Valley AVA, including Laguna Ridge, Green Valley, and the Russian River itself, this Chardonnay stands as an exemplary representation of the region's distinctive style. Meticulously hand-sorted, the grapes undergo a whole bunch pressing in a combination of French oak and stainless steel (10%). Following a spontaneous, wild yeast fermentation, the wine matures for a harmonious 10 months in French oak barrels, with 26% of them being new. Bottled without filtration or fining, this Chardonnay captures the essence of its terroir.

Upon the initial sip, notes of white flowers, lemon curd, pineapple, and white peach dance gracefully on the palate. Subtle oak nuances emerge, revealing hints of nutmeg and roasted hazelnuts. The palate presents a captivating contrast to the voluptuous nose, showcasing fresh citrus and mineral salt notes entwined in crisp acidity and a gracious texture.

As you indulge further, the experience evolves into a boujee lemon slushy and pineapple lumps, creating a delightful progression that lingers on the senses.
