Produced from a blend of Syrah, Mourvedre, Grenache, Carignan, Mondeuse, Cinsault and Pinot Noir. The Pinot Noir and Cinsault providing superb aromatics, with the Mourvèdre and Syrah giving lovely texture and depth. The Grenache adding an extra spice element. Translucent salmon pink like colour. Fragrant cherry, peach and strawberry scents mix with hints of blood orange and spice. The generous mouthfilling palate has a slippery feel and features a delicious flavour profile of peach and blood orange fruits over water melon and spice. Finishes dry with a gentle tang to the acidity and a moreish aftertaste.

A generous mouth filling palate shows rich peaches and cream that flows on and on. The high pH gives the wine lovely mouth-coating texture and warmth. The palate is long and flowing with oodles of flavour. The fine lacey tannins frame the wine and the fine acidity keeps the palate fresh and crunchy.
