A classic stylish Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon from a great vintage. Superb, perfumed nose, filled with violets, confectionary, blackcurrant, spice and cedar. The palate structure is classic Coonawarra Cabernet – restrained, yet at the same time yielding mouth filling flavours of spice, blackcurrant, black pepper, dark chocolate, mocha and liquorice. Fine grained, firm, dry, but perfectly balanced tannins, followed by a very long aftertaste of mocha, dark chocolate, blackcurrant and cedar.
