Medium-bodied, just ripe red and black berry fruit characters, earthy spice, some seaweed and green herb notes shot through. The texture is good, the length is good, and the wine a feast of fruit and spice, mellowness and even flow. A relaxed feel is perhaps a good way of putting it. That being said, plenty of concentration and detail, and a savoury, seaweedy finish is nice. Very good.
