Rooted in weathered limestone soils, the Pinot Blanc vines boast over 60 years of age, intertwining gracefully with Chardonnay vines aged up to a decade.
A composition of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Weisser Burgunder, this blend undergoes spontaneous fermentation in small French oak barrels, maturing on yeast lees for 16 months before being bottled without filtration. Beyond grape varieties, this wine is a tribute to the importance of origin, inviting you to savor the nuanced character derived from these exceptional vineyards.
