Stretching across both La Morra and Barolo municipalities, this inter-municipal vineyard spans 28 hectares, gracefully ascending from La Morra to Barolo. Its terroir boasts remarkable uniformity in terms of exposure, facing South/South-East, with altitudes ranging from 230 to over 400 meters above sea level.

The soils, hailing from the Tortonian era, are marked by marl with sandy characteristics, particularly evident at the hill's highest point.
