Domaine Charlène-Laurent Pinson Petit Chablis 2021
Located in the heart of the town of Chablis, with a very rich history dating back to 1540, Domaine Pinson was among the first winemakers in Chablis to bottle their wines for public sale in 1880 when they also exported their first wine to America.
Made from 35+-year-old vines grown on Eastern aspects. Fruit for the Chablis comes from vines grown directly above Grand Cru ‘Les Clos’ near the village of Fyé. Soils here are very rocky Portlandian limestone. Made using 100% stainless steel.

Delicate citrus aromas and shining minerals with very concentrated fruit flavours of lemon and white stone fruit.
Very fresh and linear on the palate with good fruit weight.
