Duck, Goose and Game Birds
Intense aromas of red fruits, blackcurrant, and a subtle hint of violet.
Layers of flavours that include raspberry, black cherry, and spice, as well as a mineral edge that adds depth and complexity. The tannins are firm yet well-integrated, balancing the acidity and contributing to the wine's long and persistent finish.
