The substratum underlying Les Beaux Monts is Premeaux limestone.
Duck, Goose and Game Birds
Intense with aromas of dark fruit, such as black cherry, blackberry, and cassis, as well as notes of spice and a hint of the earthy forest floor.
Full-bodied, with firm tannins and a lively acidity that balances the rich fruit flavours. The wine has a complex and layered taste, with hints of black pepper, leather, and a subtle touch of smoky oak.
